At Reesha Tech, we tackle complex power infrastructure challenges using leading expertise, innovation, and quality. We’re also training the next generation of technical professionals through Reesha Tech University’s Boot Camp programs. Participants gain hands-on experience, comprehensive instruction, and mentorship from some of the industry’s most respected experts. These year-long programs begin with an intensive three-to-seven-week Boot Camp in Florida or Kentucky.
Selected new hires join our professional-grade, in-house Boot Camp programs with the opportunity to accelerate their development and sharpen technical skills.
Engineering Boot Camps
We offer four tracks—Arc Flash, Settings, Substation, and Protection & Control—designed for new engineering graduates and engineers transitioning into the power industry from other sectors.
Apparatus & Relay Technician Boot Camps
We designed these programs for individuals coming from technical schools, four-year colleges, or related industries with transferrable skills.
